Refund & Dispute Policy

Money-Back Guarantee: If you do not book at least one qualified meeting within the first 30 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund of your monthly payment.

Qualified Meeting Definition: A meeting with a prospect that matches your agreed-upon ideal customer profile (ICP) and has expressed genuine interest in your product or service.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us at oskar@sendpilot.ai within the first 30 days

2. Provide campaign details and confirmation that no qualified meetings were booked

3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Disputes: If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, please contact oskar@sendpilot.ai. We will work with you to resolve any issues within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• No Long-Term Contracts: This is a month-to-month service

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation Notice: To cancel, email oskar@sendpilot.ai at least 3 days before your next billing date

• No Refunds for Partial Months: Once a monthly payment has been processed, it covers service for that full month (except where our 30-day guarantee applies)

• Show up to meetings you book

Service Launch: First campaign will launch within 72 hours of contract signing and payment confirmation.

Marketing Usage: By using this service, you agree that we may use campaign results, screenshots, and anonymized or attributed case studies for marketing purposes.

Compliance: You agree to use the service in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability: While we optimize for best results, we cannot guarantee specific numbers of meetings or sales outcomes beyond our 30-day guarantee.
